This is the second release of YWeb, a collection of 68 background patterns in GIF format. They are intended for usage on web pages, but they can also be used as Workbench backdrops.
The average filesize is less than 10k, so that even on low-bandwidth Internet connections transfer speed is still acceptable and the background doesn't take minutes to load.
Your HTML source normally contains a <BODY> statement. Simply change that to <BODY background=xx.gif>, where xx is the number of the background. This implies that you upload the background to the same drawer than the file you call it from resides. Check this document for a concrete example.
If no background is displayed, your browser may not be able to handle this feature. Check out IBrowse or Voyager for browsers that support backgrounds.
